What is the best way to apply this product?

To apply, pump the product once or twice onto the fingertips and rub between the hands, working up a light lather. Distribute the product all over the face and neck, gently massaging it into the skin. Continue to work it in for 30 to 60 seconds before washing off with lukewarm water. It is highly recommended that you cleanse the skin of your face at least twice a day to keep it clean and refreshed. The Cleansing Serum™ is perfect for conditioning the skin before applying other active products. To further fight acne, apply the Renew Serum™ after cleansing, which can greatly enhance the overall clarification of your skin.

 

If I want to use other products in your line, what order should I apply them?

After using the Cleansing Serum™ you can apply any other product in our line. As a rule it is best to apply products with the thinnest consistency first and the thickest consistency last, so if you are using the Eye Serum Concentrate then apply it first, and then after it absorbs apply the Ultra Serum or Renew Serum, then after allowing time for absorption finally apply the Anti-Aging Complex. I have very sensitive skin, is this product safe for me?

Possibly, since we design all our products to be gentle on the skin, but because everyone is different any skincare product may contain an ingredient that your particular skin doesn’t like depending on how sensitive you are. Keep in mind that this product does contain a light concentration of hydroxy acids, which typically are too intense for ultra-sensitive skin conditions like eczema and rosacea. If you are looking for an extremely gentle cleansing then we suggest the Cleansing Complex™ instead, as it was specifically designed for ultra-sensitive skin and it is also lightly moisturizing. If you have very delicate skin then we also suggest applying the Anti-Aging Complex™ after using the Cleansing Complex™, which was designed as a leave on treatment with both anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties.

 

I have very oily skin; can I use this product?

Yes. This product is oil-free and specifically designed for oily, acne-prone, combination, and normal skin types.
